At Nivexia, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, ensuring your order reaches you securely and as quickly as possible.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Shipping charges for your order (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system. You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier's tracking portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Nivexia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for the vast majority of our UK orders, no additional custom fees are required upon delivery.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize you have made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately at : support@nivexia.com . We will do our best to change it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in the processing phase.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local shipping carrier. If you need further assistance locating your package, reach out to our support team and we will do our best to help you resolve the situation.
