30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee At Nivexia, we stand behind the quality of all our products and want you to shop with absolute confidence. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note: For strict hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pet accessories (such as water bottles, bowls, or grooming items) that have been used by your pet, unless the item is defective.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the specific return address and instructions on how to send your package.

  • Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately by sending a free replacement or issuing a refund. (We may kindly ask for a quick photo or video of the damaged item to speed up the process).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final clearance sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

UK & European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If the merchandise is being shipped into the UK or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

 

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
